"Bergamot" The Real Heal
Some of you may not know what Bergamot is
Bergamot is a type of orange
Some are green, some are yellow
Has rough skin (but those can make your hair incredibly shiny and smooth)
And the juice of it can cure and prevent dandruff
So in order to make your hair shiny and smooth, using the skin of a Bergamot
is that you use is when your are washing your hair. Rub the Bergamot skin gently onto your scalp and then squeeze the Bergamot until the juice of it comes out then use massage it to both your hair and scalp.
If you have oily scalp like me, don't rub the Bergamot too much because it might make your hair oilier the next day.
In comparison with Bergamot and lime-
The two of these are completely different, except for the fact that both of them are citrus
Lime can cure oily hair
Makes your hair clean BUT not smooth and shiny
Bergamot cures dandruff
Makes your hair smooth, shiny BUT if too much it will make your hair oily
SO...... to make it balance I'll tell you how to use both of these correctly
1) Cut Bergamot and lime it pieces and put it in a bowl
2) WHEN YOUR HAIR IS STILL DRY rub the Bergamot skin onto your scalp and the juice to both your hair and scalp, leave it on for about 5 minutes or more (doesn't matter, its no harm)
WARNING: when you use these citrus fruits, be careful about scratching your scalp because it can sting
3) Shampoo normally, don't scratch your scalp, just gently massage it
4) USE CONDITIONER
5) Use pieces of lime that you have cut to rub your scalp only NOT TOO MUCH
because if you put it onto your hair it will make your hair dry
